Baxter is better than ever

The goal: Make an impact with Baxter’s confidence campaign, reinforcing for both internal and external audiences that the company’s 80-year leadership in hospital supply delivery solutions remains intact.

The results: Baxter needed to restore confidence in its supply chain capabilities with key markets after the company’s performance faltered during Hurricane Maria. Exclaim helped deliver the campaign message, loud and clear, through video, social media assets and a tradeshow experience built around the theme: Stand and Deliver. The impact was calibrated for maximum effect and launched at the ASHP show.

A comprehensive communication plan for show attendees was designed to drive traffic to the booth. A dynamic LED video wall in the booth emphasized the Stand and Deliver message, while an interactive video theater let booth visitors explore Baxter products and see why Stand and Deliver aligns with Baxter’s brand promise. As a resounding testament to Baxter’s commitment to product quality and delivery, the tradeshow experience was an unqualified success.
