The results: Three short videos tell the stories of three exceptional B & W real estate agents—their motivation, their philosophy and their successes.

Exclaim pre-interviewed the agents to learn more about their work and the company, then taped them in a single day. Allowing them to tell their own stories make the profiles incredibly authentic and personal, revealing the person behind the job and the star quality that inspires their colleagues. The attendees at the B&W annual meeting left feeling pride in their co-workers and motivation to reach new heights. And because the video profiles were so well received, they have been repurposed for other uses.
