Bridgestone Firestone wanted to give its top management a sneak peek at the company’s customer service technology of the future—which existed in concept more than reality. Exclaim has been bringing innovation, processes and new technology to life for BSRO over the past 15 years. We worked with IDEO to develop a high-level video treatment and detailed storyboards focusing on the prototype demo’s functionality. The video shows customers using the new technology to access information about their car maintenance and repair. The end result—better processes that help improve the customer experience.
